Dedication inscription set into Gracanica Monastery wall.

Vasilevs has been kind enough to translate it:

"In this monastery,in 1539.AD,the bishop of Novo Brdo,Nikanor,with the slave of a God,Dimitrije,started first press and library."

So, it's not a dedication inscription for the foundation of the monastery itself (at least not primarily); it's an inscription recording the establishment of a printing press and library.
